sound and safe home-buying decision.
**The assistance of the Coldwell Banker-Dynasty team who
was also excellent. I appreciated the availability of the
agency manager-Charlie Powers, to offer guidance during
the negotiation process. Furthermore, I'm particularly
appreciative of Ms. Amy To's assistance. Her expertise
in public relations and in coordinating real estate
transactions expedited the process and her kind
professionalism reassured me that my paperwork was in the
most capable hands.
